Glass packaging: one or more transparent substances of the citrate salt;

The glass packaging container is a transparent container which is formed by blowing and molding a molten glass frit. Glass packaging containers are mainly used for packaging liquids, solid drugs and liquid beverages.

  • In order to compete with new packaging materials and containers such as paper products containers and plastic bottles, the glass packaging industry in developed countries has been working hard to make the products more reliable, more beautiful in appearance, lower in cost and cheaper in price.
  • The key to improving the labor productivity of glass bottle manufacturing is how to increase the molding speed of glass bottles. At present, the common method adopted by developed countries is to use multi-group and multi-drop forming machines.

Our plan

    • Energy saving technology

      Save energy, improve melting quality and extend furnace life. Another way to save energy is to increase the amount of broken glass. The amount of broken glass in foreign countries is 60%-70%. Ideally, 100% cullet is used to achieve the goal of “ecological” glass production.
    • Lightweight

      80% of the glass bottles produced by Obedand in Germany are lightweight disposable bottles. Precise control of raw material components, precise control of the whole process of melting, NPPB, hot and cold end spraying of bottles and cans, and on-line testing are the fundamental guarantees for lightweighting bottles.
